Men's Ministries

Mens Ministry Our purpose is to accomplish 5 goals in the life of every man in our church family:

(1) MANHOOD- from God’s perspective. We want to encourage every man to build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that moves him toward the Image of God and true manhood based on the Word of God and the example of Jesus Christ.

(2) MARRIAGE AND FAMILY- from God’s perspective. We want to challenge every man to live his faith out in his home life, and to influence his family as he leads his wife and children toward active, living faith in Jesus Christ. Every man is to honor God in the spiritual leadership of his home.

(3) MATURITY- We want to encourage every man to grow in his faith relationship with God through Jesus Christ, and in his man-to-man faith partnerships in the church that move him toward Christ-likeness on a weekly basis. Prov. 27:17

(4) MINISTRY– We want every man to realize his gifts and talents, and to seek for ways to serve Christ and his church proactively. A Godly man will serve Christ and the church in leadership roles as he matures to build up the body of Christ, and he will move to meet the needs of others.

(5) MISSION- Every man of God has a sphere of influence in his community, work, recreation, family, and personal life. Our goal in men’s ministries is that each man reach others for Jesus Christ.

Programs

Family Life Wednesdays

Programs and activities geared for family members of all ages on Wednesday nights. Elementary and Early Childhood classes will have a season Closing Celebration on May 22. We will resume programming in the fall.

Joshua's Men-Called To War 2013

Men's Ministry - Meets once a month at ECC in the Chapel from 7:15-8:30AM. The Joshua's Men Called To War study is a study of Gideon and the Call to Warfare and Spiritual Men.

Weekly Church Services

Join us for Worship and Bible Study every weekend! We seek the unity of all people on the basis of confession and commitment to "Jesus Christ as Lord." Our hope is to unite all Christians under the authority of Jesus Christ and pattern our lives after the Word of God.

Family Night at HAWKS Baseball

This is our 6th annual ECC Family night @ "Hawks" stadium. It only cost $3 Per person, and it all takes place on Wednesday night, June 19 at 7:15 pm. We will be offering 500 tickets at $3 each (includes admission + 2-dollar vouchers for snacks) beginning May 25/26 at the family life counter in the east end of the main lobby. Tickets are first come, first served basis until they run out! And we sell out EVERY YEAR.
