ECC is responding to COVID-19.

Being the church in the midst of coronavirus

UPDATE 4/2 |  Hey church! We are so thankful, again, that you decided to join us online for our last weekend of services! We wanted to make sure that you knew that we are also rolling out a few different online experiences during the week as well! We have adult classes, Youth Group, Kids programming, and even adult small groups. We don't want to just give you information and teaching either, we want to stay connected with you deeply! So join in our online community! Easter will still be happening right here online as well! We'll have easter baskets and communion for you to pick up from ECC Central Valley and ECC Surprise Valley (West Valley pick up at Central Valley) for your families on 4/9 from 11am-6pm and services here online all weekend long! There's never been a better, or easier, time to invite your friends and neighbors to church. So, share on Facebook, text your people, and lets have the best Easter we've ever had and get the Gospel out to our entire valley together!

UPDATE 3/26 |  As the governor issued the 21 day "Stay at Home" order today, we wanted to update you on what will be happening at ECC in the meantime. First of all, the church always wants to be the church to our community. If you have a need, please contact the church office so we can try to find a way to help you out. To stay in line with the "Stay at Home" order, our offices are physically closed, but our staff are still able to answer the church phone line, as well as respond to email. With that information please feel free to call the office, or contact a minister directly through email. Second of all, we will still be streaming services this weekend, and every weekend on ECC Global. We have a whole team of volunteers that will meet you there and interact and do church together! Even though the church is changing for a time, we are still the church! We are praying for your health and for you to be encouraged in these tumultuous times!

UPDATE 3/25 |  We are so thankful that we were still able to gather together as a church this past weekend. In times like these, it looks a little different, but the church will never stop. We can't wait to meet with you again this weekend and gather together as a family! We still asking for all attendees to join us for services online this weekend. Last weekend we experienced some technical difficulties with our livestream, but this weekend we have remediated the problems and put some fall back options in place in the event of a livestream going down. To find the most reliable stream, check in on our website and click "Watch Live". This will direct you to our live services for the weekend! We'll join you there this weekend! Let's do church together!

Keeping everyone up to date is a large priority for ECC right now. Here is the latest updates and encouragement during this crazy time. We know that the world is a crazy place, and things can even be scary at times. In the midst of uncertainty and fear though, we absolutely want to remind you that Jesus is on His throne in the midst of chaos. We can also be reminded that the church is always the church and isn't going anywhere. Even when things change, or circumstances demand something, or locations are different, God's church will always remain.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our leadership has put a plan together for our church that needs to be communicated. Here are some important updates on this weekends services, our programming going forward, and our policy on COVID-19.

1. We are encouraging everyone to practice social distancing as part of their routine. Life groups are encouraged to check on each other, help meet the needs of their community, and encourage each other.

2. We are encouraging everyone who is at risk to self-quarantine at home. If you need help, please contact the church for assistance.

3. We are encouraging everyone to livestream our services from home on our website. Services are Saturday at 4:30pm and 6pm, as well as Sunday at 9am and 10:30am.

4. Until further notice, all classes and programming (Children, Youth, and Adult), as well as Sunday evening service, will not meet.

5. Vision Charter School is closed, and has asked that the West Valley Campus not meet until further notice. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

We want to continue to be the church as much as we possibly can and want to stay connected with you and together in every way possible. So please help your community, your neighbors, elderly who are not able to go out, and more. Let's show our community that as Christians, we are ready and willing to help a hurting world and bring the hope of Christ.
