The ECC High School ministry is a community of students set on seeking after God. This means a few core things:

  • We love everyone. Our goal is to love every person–old or new, weird or cool–in a way that reflects Jesus.
  • We love God. We show our love for Him through worship, Bible study, service, and by letting Him change our lives.
  • We are searching. We want to know God more, find answers to questions, and ask difficult questions each week.

On October 2, we have a High School event coming that is simply a bonfire after youth group, from 8:30-9:30. This is a great night for students to invite their friends to come hang out for youth group, and to stick around for a bonfire. If your student can’t stay for the whole night but can come for a while, that is totally alright! We want to have as many students there as possible, for however long they can stay. Follow the button below for more information!

On October 4-5, we have a High School and Middle School event at Boise Bible College. This event is designed as a serving opportunity for our students to serve alongside other churches and students from the valley and the PNW. We hope that your student will spend this weekend learning what it means to be equipped to impact the world for Jesus. Your student can grab a parent info/sign up packet on Wednesdays or Sundays, or you can download the packet by clicking below.

This Fall we will be teaching through a “How-To” series on some practical elements of relationships with God, friends, and family. Go ahead and grab the Parent Guide below

On Sundays, this month we are teaching through our series “The Haves and the Have-Nots.” This is a series about Identity, and ultimately we want students to know the no matter what their past has held, or what their future may hold, God has a plan for them right now.

The Leadership Group

The Leadership Group is for High School students who wish to enter into a deeper discipleship and spiritual development process. The group will meet twice a month with small projects due between each meeting designed to stretch, challenge, and grow High School students into leaders. Get the Syllabus and apply below!

Dr. Bishop taught a parent class for us last year, and it was a huge hit! Dr. Bishop is a psychiatrist who attends ECC and is excited to help parents overcome many of the obstacles that you face today. Join us!

Let’s have coffee is set up so that parents can drop in anytime during the day to talk to someone on the youth team about anything that’s on your mind! Our youth team will post up at a couple different coffee shops during the day, and you can stop by and talk to us about anything you need. See you there!

Parents are invited to come hang out with us for a night of youth group on October 9th! Come hear from the youth pastors, meet your student’s small group leader, and see what a night of youth group is like!
