Connect to others in the community through the Sports &Fitness Ministry of Eagle Christian Church. Whether you have been involved with athletics and fitness your whole life or are just starting out, we hope you will find encouragement and build healthy relationships within a supportive, fun environment. All of our Sports and Fitness environments are open to the community.
Offer Christ-centered community through sports and fitness activities that connect people in relationship with God and others.

If you have ideas for a new sport or fitness activity, and are willing to help organize it or be instrumental in getting it started, we would love to hear from you.
Let’s Run Together! Register for the Spartan Sprint in Payette, ID on June 27 and join our team “ECC Spartans.” You can join the team during the registration process.
Cost is $110 plus registration fee, however, there is a Groupon for $69 I would suggest using. The registration fee is $27 paid at time of registration.
Our start time will be in the afternoon (somewhere between 1:30 and 2:30). Start times will be posted 10 days before the race.

Fit for the Holidays
Every year around the Holidays we have a class that meets on Wednesdays at 12-12:45pm in our gym.
Come work off the holiday stress and pounds together!
FITNESS AND WELLNESS GROUP
Each week we have fitness classes in our gym every Tuesday evening from 6-7pm and Saturday mornings from 9-10am.
Our Fitness & Wellness Groups have a different routine each week. The group focuses on using full body movements to build strength, agility, balance, and coordination at a level of intensity that raises the heart rate enough to build cardiovascular and respiratory endurance.
You will enjoy a Christ-centered Pilates experience supported by Scripture and structured around the Pilates principles of movement. No experience necessary.
Our pilate class meets every Friday morning from 8:30-9:30am
