Connect to others in the community through the Sports & Fitness Ministry of Eagle Christian Church. Whether you have been involved with athletics and fitness your whole life or are just starting out, we hope you will find encouragement and build healthy relationships within a supportive, fun environment. All of our Sports and Fitness environments are open to the community.

Offer Christ-centered community through sports and fitness activities that connect people in relationship with God and others.

If you have ideas for a new sport or fitness activity, and are willing to help organize it or be instrumental in getting it started, we would love to hear from you.

Open Gym Pic

CO-ED Basketball

Here at ECC we run open gym basketball games every Sunday night from 7-9pm and every Thursday night from 7-9pm at our Central Valley Campus. An email is sent out before each open gym to ensure at least 10 people will be there.

CO-ED Spring Volleyball

During the months of April through September we run drop in volleyball games every Tuesday night from 6:30 to 8:30pm at our Central Valley Campus. Click the button below to join the group and receive updates.

CO-ED Softball

Our 2020 Co-Ed softball league has been postponed due to COVID-19.

FITNESS EVENTS

FITNESS AND WELLNESS GROUP

Each week we have fitness classes in our gym every Tuesday evening from 6-7pm and Saturday mornings from 9-10am.

Our Fitness & Wellness Groups have a different routine each week. The group focuses on using full body movements to build strength, agility, balance, and coordination at a level of intensity that raises the heart rate enough to build cardiovascular and respiratory endurance.

Hiking Group

From easy walks on the Star trail to climbing Mt. Tallac in Lake Tahoe, this group is for people who love to hike the great outdoors. Activities will range from easy trail walks to more intense hikes.
